 Class Description for Young
Students
Our young children's program is designed to encourage a child's natural love of
dance. Our teachers follow a specific syllabus developed and updated yearly. Dance instructors are required to complete a
teacher's training program. During the students's early dance training, our qualified staff introduces all movement in a cheerful,
supportive, persuasive manner, so that the student can develop a confident self-image. Children are exposed to many types
of rhythms and music. Our music has been thoughtfully and carefully edited. In each class a student will experience ballet,
artistic dance, and rhythmic exercises.

Class Attire
Mini,
PK-K: Any color/style dance attire, tights and pink ballet slippers
Tue 4:45pm K: Any color/style
dance attire, tights, pink ballet slippers and any color tap shoes
Ballet: Black leotard, pink tights
& pink ballet slippers.
Hair must be pulled away from the face and neck
Jazz: any dance attire,
tan jazz slip-on shoes
Lyrical: any dance attire, tan foot undeez or paws
(can wear any color
for class, tan will be needed for the show)
Tap: any dance attire, tan tap slip-on shoes
Hip
Hop: any loose clothing, CLEAN black sneakers
(please do not wear your Hip Hop sneakers outside!)
Zumba:
Work out clothes and Clean Sneakers
(please do not wear your Zumba sneakers outside!)
No Jeans Please
