Throughout the season, photographs of my child may be taken. These pictures may be used for promotional purposes, website and office functions of Hockessin Dance Center, Inc. ("HDC"). I understand that all reasonable precautions will be taken to ensure the photographic image on the website or otherwise published is secure and protected from third parties. I understand that HDC & its agents do not store the photographs on its own web server & I release from all liability and indemnify HDC & its officers, agents, representatives, volunteers, & employees from any & all liability, claims, judgements, costs, or expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of any injury or illness incurred or any other action which may result from the use of photographic images being copied or used elsewhere. I acknowledge that I have read the above and grant permission of such usage of my likeness.
